If the product you’ve received from us is not what you hoped for please let us know and we will make it right. Simple as that!

Our Returns Policy

Doesn’t fit? 

No problem! We’ll happily exchange or provide you with 100% store credit. We just have two requests:

1. Returns need to be received by us within 14 days of you receiving your product

2. Returns must be unwashed and unworn (but tried on for size is ok, just make sure they’re fur-free).

You will need to pay the return shipping costs for wrong size purchases. 

Did you receive the wrong item or a faulty item ?

Oops. We’re so sorry! We proud ourselves on the highest standard of quality control and if the product you received isn’t up to scratch or not what you ordered, let us know and we will cover all return shipping costs.

If the item you received isn’t quite right, please email info@dharf.com and we’ll do everything we can to sort it out for you.
