OUR RETURN POLICY

Doesn’t fit? Doesn’t suit your pet? 
No problem! We’ll happily exchange or provide you with 100% store credit. We just have three requests: Returns need to be received by us within 14 days of you receiving your product; Returns must be unwashed and unworn (but tried on for size is ok, just make sure they’re fur-free) and you must have your receipts. Simply email us at info@dharf.com and will look after you :) 

Did you receive the wrong item or a faulty item?
We proud ourselves on the highest standard of quality control and if the product you received isn’t up to scratch or not what you ordered, let us know and we will cover all return shipping costs. Please email info@dharf.com and we’ll do everything we can to sort it out for you. 

Please note all postage costs will have to be covered by customer, unless the product is faulty or we sent you the wrong one.
